Further Information on Immigration Frauds:

In 1994-95 my wife (then), had asked me several times to sponsor her best friend Ms. R. Matthews and her 2 children to Canada as family members. I refused, so she must have gone to her male friend Pesi Shroff of Ottawa. In 1995, Ms. Matthews suddenly appeared in Ottawa with her 2 children as Immigrants. I asked how come she received the immigration visa, and so fast, and was informed that Ms. Matthews had paid someone in Kuwait (she was working in Kuwait at that time in 5 star hotel), $5000 for each Visa. I am sure that Mr. Pesi Shroff was involved in the scheme, but cannot be 100% sure. I had also reported this information to Immigration Office, and they had asked me about her address and I gave it to them. But Ms. Matthews and children are still in Ottawa, and living off social system, and part-time work.

Captain Pesi Shroff works for Transportation Canada (Marine Section), and may be involved with other illegal activities like human smuggling, but I cannot be sure, and is assumption on my part. Only thing I wonder is how has he became rich?, he is a fraud in terms of his medical/reike practice, and knows many lawyers and influential persons in Ottawa, and invites them for parties where he serves whiskey and good Buryani.

I hope and pray that Canadian Immigration Officers can screen out immigrants like Captain Pesi Shroff before they arrive in Canada. Captain Pesi Shroff is like a parasite or a vulture living off the good tax paying Canadians. I wonder if new laws are introduced in Canada to deport immigrants like him.
