My Article on Righteous Upbringing
Righteous Upbringing

My mother passed away when I was four years of age, and my aunty (masiji), raised me. Masiji and my dad were righteous and hard working. My dad worked for British Petroleum in Abadan, and he provided money for our upkeep.

The apartment we lived in had one bedroom, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. We did have electricity for light; but, had no appliances, television nor a radio. We had family harmony plus 3 simple home cooked meals. My social activities included sports, friends, reading, scout group, trips to seaside, community and family celebrations like birthdays, marriages, new year celebrations, and visits to the Parsi temple. I attended BVS Parsi high school, and at school assemblies the principal, Parsi priests and dignitaries gave talks on Zoroastrian history, and tenets of religion.

I have good health and education due to my righteous ways of life and hard work. But, by my ex-wife and her male friend have made me a slave for the past 16 years. Presently I live a simple healthy life by exercising and eating home grown vegetables and few fruits. My wish is to have a soul mate wife, but hasn't been possible due to alimony and other related payments. I want to improve my life; but, I have not been able to find a job for the past 5 years. In this materialistic age good people like me are suffering and evil ones having a good life. We need to change that in Canada.
