Aspi's ways of life are based on basic Zoroastrian beliefs. Briefly Zoroastrianism was founded 3,500 years ago by the Prophet Zoroaster in ancient Persia or Iran. Zoroastrianism professes humankind as destined to evolve toward perfection, but is foiled by evil forces such as greed, lust and hatred. These evil forces has to be overcome d pro actively by developing a good mind by living a life of Asha or righteousness with good thoughts, good words and good deeds.
Aspi lives and have lived his life according to the Zoroastrian tenet of ASHA or righteousness in every aspect of life. The main purpose of my life is to enhance the soul, and this can only be achieved by doing good to humanity by benevolent and honest work. I have always promoted Good and fought against Evil. Life is not a bed of roses and consists of happiness and misery, so I expect disappointments and failures in my life, and I must be prepared to overcome them with courage and and conviction. Life is a struggle, and this struggle can be only overcome d by patience, persistent foresight and honest hard work. I believe in living a simple and healthy life with only materialistic goods that I need, and no more. Physical fitness and exercises are part of my daily routine, as I consider health is actually wealth, the longer I live the more good I can do in my life. I know that I will eventually die, as I do not know when that will be, I must be prepared for it any time. Therefore, I must make sure that my life is meaningful and helpful all the time.
Purpose of writing this book: The reason for writing this book is to promote righteousness and by which to make this world happier place to live. I have indicated my suffering (mental, emotional, financial and health wise ), that I have encountered during the last 13 years of my life. This suffering was inflicted on me by my ex-wife Rati Bamji and her Parsi married male partner and guru Captain Pesi Shroff of Ottawa. I have been made homeless and penniless by untruths and by using unethical tactics at the Family Court proceedings in Ottawa by her notorious lawyer Mr. Robie Loomer. Mr. Loomer justifies his dirty work by what is best for his client and his pocket book. Mr. Loomer proudly boasted during a recent court break that he makes over $250,000 a year. I question that can this be be justified!, I call it a legal robbery, and hence the tittle of this book legal slavery. I have gone through a lot during these last 13 years and finally decided to write this book; as no one listened nor paid any attention to what I had to say in the family court, and my fellow Zarathustris from Ottawa, north America and India, and friends family members of my ex-wife. Most of these people (not all), are selfish, greedy, materialistic and live their lives without ethics, morals and principles and live off others by fraudulent ways without working, namely disability payments, social assistance, and unethical means pretending to be spiritual healers, psychics, fortune tellers and Reike doctors.
Aspi immigrated to Canada after graduating from University of Warwick in Molecular Sciences from U.K. Then he achieved M Sc in chemistry at ST. F.X. in 1985, and in 1986 he received NSERC predoctoral scholarship for Ph D. at Memorial University of Newfoundland in biochemistry. In 1989 he completed Ph D. in biochemistry, and was awarded NSERC postdoctoral fellowship at Health Protection Branch. In 1992, he was employed by Health Canada with Pesticide branch of HPB as an evaluator, in 1999 he moved to Veterinary Drugs Directorate as an drug evaluator. In 2005, he retired due to ill health caused by mental suffering, emotional stress without love and a partner, and financial suffering.
